The Shores


	Pricing The Shores provides a great value in retirement living at the Jersey Shore. Our monthly fee includes your apartment, a meal, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, activities, security and companionship. Residential Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support and Skilled Nursing Monthly fees range from $3,545 to $5,797, depending on your apartment. Assisted Living services range from $10/day to $146/day. Fees are based on an assessment of your needs. The monthly rate for our memory support residence is $7,238, inclusive of care. Our admission fee, normally up to $12,500, is reduced to $4,500.
