The United Methodist Homes of NJ has built 5 communities throughout the state that serve senior men and woman who fall under the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income limits. Affordable Housing offers apartment style living with community rooms for activities, emergency pull-cords, a live-in superintendent and a small full-time staff. The United Methodist Homes of NJ's affordable housing communities are Bishop Taylor Manor in East Orange, Covenant Manor in Plainfield, Wesley By The Bay in Ocean City, Wesleyan Arms in Red Bank and PineRidge of Montclair in Montclair.
