Pitman Manor offers the best overall value in retirement living in Southern New Jersey, starting with NO ADMISSION FEE. Our monthly fee includes your apartment, all meals (in studio apartments only), housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, transportation scheduling, basic phone and television hook-up, linen service, washer/dryer usage, activities, security and companionship.

Our monthly fees range from $2,188 to $2,525 depending on your apartment. Personal Care services range from $22/day to $214/day. Fees are based on an assessment of your needs.
