Our monthly fee includes your apartment, all meals (in studio apartments only), housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, transportation scheduling, basic phone and television hook-up, linen service, washer/dryer usage, activities, security and companionship. Our monthly fees range from $2,037 to $2,260 depending on your apartment. Personal Care services range from $10/day to $146/day. Fees are based on an assessment of your needs.
