Ways to Give

Charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, pooled income fund gifts, and bequests offer ways to contribute significantly to the mission of The Homes and to meet a donor's long term financial and estate objectives.

Charitable Gift Annuities are a simple contract between the donor and The Homes. We agree to pay a fixed rate for life based on the age of the donor. A tax deduction may be taken and distributed over five years. Gifts of appreciated securities used to fund the agreement may generate reportable income and capital gains considerations. The annuity rate is guaranteed for life and at the time of the donors death the residual will go to The Homes.
