James, or Jae as he is known to his Francis Asbury Manor family, has been with us for 8 years as our Director of Dining Services. He believes that you can provide quality homemade food in senior dining. In fact, Francis Asbury Manor’s dining services won best provider in the Northeast from Morrison Senior Dining.
Food is Jae's passion. He has worked in every aspect of food service over the past 25 years. Not many people can say their vocation matches their avocation! Jae calls his two dogs Bradley and Bella, his children. Hopefully they eat as well as the residents at Francis Asbury Manor!
