Francis Asbury Manor is the best value in retirement living at the Jersey Shore. Our monthly fee includes your apartment, all meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, scheduled transportation, activities, security and companionship.

Our admission fee is $1,000 and our monthly fees start at $2,727. Assisted Living services range from $22/day to $214/day. Fees are based on an assessment of your needs. The monthly rate for our memory support residence ranges from $6,042 to $7,023 inclusive of care.
