	Pricing Bristol Glen provides a great value in retirement living. We offer independent living and residential living, with different pricing structures for each. Our monthly fee includes your apartment, meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, activities, security and socialization. Independent Living We offer two entrance fee plans; traditional and 90% refundable. The traditional entrance fees range from $126,600 to $227,100 while the 90% refundable fees range from $199,700 to $319,000. The monthly fee range is $2,351 to $3,800. All fees depend on your apartment selection. *We are running a special offering a deferred entrance fee and up to two months free. Assisted Living services range from $10/day to $146/day. Fees are based on an assessment of your needs. The monthly rate for our memory support residence is $7,300, inclusive of care.
