Carnivals, Masquerades and Parades
Mardi Gras comes only once a year. So, once again, Bristol Glen hosted its annual Mardi Gras parade, a most-welcome diversion during a particularly cold and snowy winter. Residents, staff and volunteers donned costumes, masks, jewelry and props. They sashayed, masqueraded and danced to jazzy music all the way down Main Street throwing beads and other gifts to spectators. In keeping with “Fat Tuesday” cake and fellowship followed.
